Contando con la participación de destacados representantes del ámbito náutico, pertenecientes a los sectores público y privado nacional, este miércoles 11 de enero se realizará en Valdivia el III seminario «Chile, un Largo Puerto Deportivo», evento organizado por Visión Valdivia A.G. en el contexto de la celebración de los 100 años del Club de Yates Valdivia.
El encuentro, patrocinado por la Armada de Chile, tendrá lugar en el auditorio de la «Carpa de la Ciencia» del Centro de Estudios Científicos (CECs), de 18.00 a 21.00 horas. Por lo mismo, se invita a toda la comunidad universitaria interesada en el tema a participar de la actividad.
Durante el desarrollo del III seminario «Chile, un Largo Puerto Deportivo», Visión Valdivia A.G. ofrecerá un reconocimiento a la destacada trayectoria del Prof. Dr. h. c. Manfred Max-Neef, director del Instituto de Economía de la Universidad Austral de Chile, galardonado con el Premio Nobel Alternativo de Economía en 1983

Expondrán: Alexander Wopper, presidente de Visión Valdivia A.G.; Ricardo Tejada Curti, director de la Dirección Nacional de Obras Portuarias; Allan Youlton Bascur, gerente general de Fundación Mar de Chile; C.A. Osvaldo Schwarzenberg Ashton, comandante en jefe (S) II Zona Naval; y Richard Luco Salman, doctor ingeniero naval, director general de Navtec S.A.
Los expositores abordarán temas estratégicos relacionados con el desarrollo nacional y regional de Chile como capital náutica del Pacífico Sur. El presidente de Visión Valdivia A.G. expondrá «Desafíos 2012 -2015: Línea base para el Desarrollo de un Máster Plan Fluvial»; mientras que el director de Obras Portuarias presentará el tema «Alianza Público – Privada en el Desarrollo de la Infraestructura Náutica»; por su parte, el gerente general de la Fundación Mar de Chile, ofrecerá la exposición: «Chile una larga escalera Náutica»; el comandante en jefe (S) II Zona Naval dará a conocer a los asistentes la exposición: «Modernización de legislación Fluvial: Potenciando el desarrollo Fluvial y Lacustre»; y finalmente, el director general de la empresa valdiviana Navtec Ltda., abordará el tópico «Desarrollo de la Ingeniería Naval Valdiviana, Eje del Desarrollo industrial de Alta Tecnología».
