Dada la importancia de desarrollar en las empresas culturas organizacionales innovadoras, que les permitan insertarse en un mundo cada vez más competitivo, es que se realizará en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la Universidad Austral de Chile la charla «Capital Humano e Innovación», que ofrecerá el experto alemán Dr. Mafred F. Moldaschi de INNOVATOP (Center for Cooperative and Interdisciplinary Research, Munich).
La actividad -que se efectuará hoy martes 13 a las 20:00 horas en la Sala Multimedia de la Facultad (camino Phoenix S/N, Isla Teja)- se inserta en el desarrollo del Proyecto MECESUP denominado "»Red Interuniversitaria de Cobertura Nacional para el Mejoramiento de la Calidad de la Formación de Pregrado mediante la incorporación institucional del diseño curricular en base a competencias RINAC» (código AUS 0402).
El objetivo es también que este espacio de reflexión sobre temas relacionados cree un valor al capital intelectual y fortalezca los vínculos de colaboración y pertenencia a esta casa de estudios superiores.
La Prodecana de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas UACh Prof. Ester Fecci Pérez, coordinadora de la actividad, indicó que por ello se ha comprometido la participación de la Dirección de Estudios de Postgrado de la Universidad, así como académicos, estudiantes y egresados de los Programas de Postgrado y Postítulo de la Facultad anfitriona.
Red RINAC
Participan de este proyecto las Universidad Católica del Norte, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Universidad de Talca y Universidad de Magallanes, además de la Universidad Austral de Chile que lo coordina a través de las académicas Ester Fecci, Mónica Raddatz y Miguelina Vega, con el apoyo de la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos Institucionales UACh.
La Red RINAC busca rediseñar los currículos académicos en base a competencias genéricas y específicas, con miras a incentivar la flexibilidad y renovación curricular, con implementación piloto en las carreras de Ingeniería Comercial e Ingeniería Civil Informática o Computación, según corresponda.

El Doctor Manfred F. Moldaschi está en Chile invitado por el proyecto FONDECYT «Prácticas Laborales Tempranas» de la Universidad de Concepción.
En Valdivia trabajará compartiendo experiencias y estableciendo lazos en la Universidad Austral de Chile específicamente con Austral Incuba, la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas y los académicos participantes de la Red RINAC.
